Cant register any of my Suite products

So when i try to register the products, i keep getting error. So I logged into the Magix web site and reg from there getting error message that its wrong keys, when i know its not.

im using Sony Vegas Movie Studio 14 Platinum. I am unable to use and reg the following:

New Blue Vegas, SmartSound Sonicfire Pro 6, Hitfilm Toolkit Pack. Keeps saying wrong key. I am using the keys that came in the retail box i bought from Best Buy.

I tried to call both of the support numbers in the US, and both are disconnected. Is there NO US based support ?

If item 10 advice here did not help, you should at least try https://support2.magix.com/customer/en/request

Btw., there's no Sony Vegas Movie Studio 14 Platinum, only Magix Vegas Studio 14 Platinum.

Thank you. I always knew the product as SONY, I see now its been sold to Magix.

After about 30 tries, it finally worked, and all of them are active now.
