I did a clean format on my laptop yesterday. I reinstall VP17 and the UI still does not scaled
properly. I have to enable system (enhance) DPI scaling to make everything scaled properly but then
my preview windows look blurry.

Wow finally got it to load but how do I use it? I press record but seems nothing is being recorded

Minimize the screens you don't want to capture and hold of open the screen you want to capture.
There seems to be some issues with screen capture. It's working for some apparently and not for others.

Yes same here! Im using Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming Laptop with 4K screen aswell. If I disable the High DPI Scaling everything will be in the correct scale but the entire UI including preview windows even at Full Best look blurry!
