Dragging Video Events Only to the Timeline

amendegw schrieb am 01.02.2013 um 22:11 Uhr
My Alzheimer's must be flairing up. I seem to remember that there was a keyboard / mouse combo that would allow me to drag the Video Event only (of a Video/Audio clip) from the Explorer or Project Media to the timeline.

I searched help & the manual and came up blank. Also try various combinations of Shift/Cntl/Alt and drag without success.

Am I fabricating this memory? Can anyone help?

Right click and drag, when you release, it gives you options.

Dave,

That's it! Much thanks. You know frequently, I right-click and drag and "Add as Takes" and I've always ignored the other options.

Thanks again,
