movie studio 16 lässt sich nicht mehr öffnen

ich bekomme seit paar tagen immer die selbe fehlermeldung.

weis jemand wie ich wieder normal weiter machen kann?hab das programm erst seit 2 wochen

Was ist ihre Grafikkarte und mit welche Treibers?

Treiberversion:24.21.13.9875

Treiberdatum: 24.07.2018 (aktuellster Treiber)

Versuche mindestens Treiberversion 24.21.13.9924, das ist der älteste die noch gut wirkt auf meinen Laptop von Signature. Man kann in VMS auch neuere gebrauchen bis aber ich habe auch VPro 16 installiert und die gab bei neuere Treiber einige Schwierigkeiten beim abschliessen des Programs.

Welche Processor wird gebraucht?

Dann ist auch Grafikkarte Intel® UHD Graphics 620 anwesend und wird möglicherweise auch gebraucht. Auch dafür muss man nicht alte Treiber gebrauchen by solch ein neues Program.

Ich weiss nicht welcher installiert ist, das musst du selber suchen.

okay danke hab jetzt die vorgängerversion installiert vom intel treiber und derzeit funktionierts wieder
