Well not only for Vegas of course, but it is optimized to Vegas 17 as was mentioned in the article describing the brand-new (29/07/2019) release of the latest NVIDEA studio drivers version 431.70

Why not, the Red Car issue might not trip you up if whatever is in region 5 is not in your own projects, and maybe its more stable for other projects? I'll try it in VP17 and get back here re: Red Car issue.
