That has the potential to put us out of a job, especially if you could use a better tripod and heavier camera :)

great idea, but i don't think it'll replace a cameraman's framing, nor the thought when to zoom in / out, or place talent off centre.

most newsrooms run on automated rostrums, and robotics will encroach even more, but i've yet to see a robotic camera filming its wheels ;-)
