Problem : Applying Reverse to wave file

When I right click on wave file and apply "reverse" Vegas 7b instantly vanishes. Poof, blows down with no error or warning.

Any body else see this?

V7b here. Can't repro.

Using 4 min project with fully developed soundtrack - music and narration. Reversed and re-reversed; flicked firewire to external monitor on/off; moved splits; ungrouped regrouped and generally "abused" the media! All at full playback and not stopping the machine.

Nothing weakened.

Anything "eating" your resources? Any antivirus doing its thing while you are working?

How big is the wave file? If it's very large, perhaps the temp folder is getting too full during the reversing process?

Or is 'reverse' just a software instruction which doesn't involve moving bits around?
