wow - Fisher-Price HDV codecs - nah.... I don't have the green (or whatever you'd spend to get that) - I get the Toys R'us brand one - little lower quality compression - but I never have a dropped frame.
Playing?!?!?!? - you mean there is no Fisher-Price HDV codec? and no Silly putty Stretch - well then I'm definately staying with my Toys R'us codec - crazy koo koo's
... not me ... it doesn't get any respect in the industry... I have to use what the big guys are using and anything other than Fisher-Price puts me at a disadvantage .... I'm tired of being laughed at by the Huffy crowd...
You guys must not be registered users, because I see no mention of anyone using their free Hasbro dual layer blue ray 8x DVD burner, which comes in the packed bundle, available through their email special offer to registered users.
I'm still trying to find the most compatible DVD-R's though, so far the Mattel and Tonka brands, I've had unsuccessful burns where I was left with an unusable magic 8 ball and a worn out truck tire respectively. I was going to try the Matchbox, or Hotwheels brand but latter discovered those are also made by Mattel and just rebranded. Any suggestions?
I'm having a little bit of a problem loading DV Rack on my Hot Wheels laptop. What a bad day. first

DV Rack requires a *real* laptop to run. Only toys run off a Hot Wheels laptop. In fact, I've only found one site that has anything with total system compatibility:
www.digidesign.com
I use a portable Etch-a-Sketch monitor for previewing my footage on something similar to what the consumer will see. (fit's right on my Key chain - kinda small though)
