1. You can use a Track FX (instead of Event FX) applied to the track header. This ways all the video events being in this particular track will be affected by the FX. You just need to put the particular video events into one track.
2. You can use a Parent-Child-Composite of tracks. Once you did this, the upper Parent Track can be used as adjustment layer for its child track(s). Each track which is made a child of that one parent track will then be affected of Track FX if the Track FX is dragged after Composite in the Video-Track-FX window (the default is that all FX are applied before Composite).
