Crashing on Bluray render

Based upon another topic I see in this forum I don't have high hopes, but I'm posting anyway, The problem I'm having I only experience on my laptop. Unfortunately, my desktop is in storage so I need this to work on my laptop.

I'm running V11-64. All system components are above the minimum requirements.

When I try to render a bluray capable file the program either crashes or freezes. I've tried render as under the file tab or burn disk, bluray under the tools tab and encounter the same result. My drivers are up to date. WILL I HAVE BETTER LUCK WITH THE 32 BIT VERSION?

The project is estimated to create a file slightly smaller than 1GB. I have plenty of storage. I've tried rendering and burn, render only, render to external drive, then internal drive. Nothing works.

I suggest you try and then tell us.

Have you tried rendering small segments, with a view to glueing them together later if that works?
