DNxHD 8 VS 10

so my workflow is vegas to Handbrake

is DNxHD 8 or 10 better??

in this case its screencap but i assume its the same for any video one way or the other??

well in this case 10 bit is giving some intermittent errors in QT renders so i guess i will stay with 8
