Both are stand alone applications so can be used with any video editor that renders suitable files.

If you are asking about the integration that is available between VP22 and DVDA then the answer is probably no it doesn't. I'm not sure but it's unlikely.

I use DVDA but I've never used it to work with VMS or VP. Yes I use VMS or VP to produce my files preferably compliant files so that DVDA doesn't have to recompress them. But my use of DVDA is separate.
