Magix is the owner of the program.
Magix is located in Berlin, Germany and thus in Europe.
In Europe all member states of the good EU have business times: most not in the weekend but they start again on monday 08.00 PM middle European time.
You must hold that in your mind trying to contact the support of Magix and all ( the view) reports I made were answered during working time on the same or next day and that will depend on the amounts of support questions.
