I think the first thing you need to do is to upgrade your BIOS, download some new drivers and learn how to write computer code ... just joking.

However, I <Bill Clinton> feel your pain </Bill Clinton>.

Thanks DD - I really need a chuckle at the moment.

I'm really pissed with this! - AND I've got some smashing stuff done in V4.

I feel your pain... I've just upped from 98se to w2k on 2 pc's. 1 pc (an old Time) went great. The other (good spec) is a pain in the rear port, with found new device errors.

If you need help post the probs, or a good pc help forum is at http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/index

Good luck.

Laz! Nice to hear from you matey! - I'm really investigating an upgrade Pc - not a Dell - not a problem with Dells as such - but I DO need that video application backup - can't get it with Dell - Maybe the Sony but out may pursuade me to go in another direction.

I've gone ujp several gears in my NLE work - Vegas4 - and really love the ease with which I can throw ideas at the screen and have them transformed into moving and audio experiences - well my nearest and dearest audiences are going a bundle on it!

Laz thanks,
