Comments pete_h wrote on 5/6/2003, 5:39 PM I'm new a this, but I believe you should "uncheck" the stretch to video option. On other software that I have, it results in "fat people". Hope this helps, Pete Belinda wrote on 5/6/2003, 6:41 PM I unchecked the stretch to video box. Nothing happened. The video is being imported into the computer in this squished state. What am I doing wrong? JohnnyRoy wrote on 5/6/2003, 10:43 PM How did you capture the video? Is it analog and did you use 320x480 as your capture resolution? This would make it tall and squished. ~jr Belinda wrote on 5/7/2003, 5:24 AM Captured through analog VCR at every resolution possible and it all comes out the same way. JohnnyRoy wrote on 5/8/2003, 10:29 AM If you capture at 640x480 is should not be squished as that’s the correct 4:3 aspect ratio. I don’t know what hardware you’re using to connect your VCR to your computer, but see if it offers a capture resolution of 640x480 and use that. ~jr 1
