there is a button at the top that says something like "TEMPORARILY DISABLE EVENT GROUPING". If you pushed that button by mistake...that could be causing your problem.

But, of course, just in case you move the video and notice the audio didn't move with it, just Cntrl+z to undo your action, hold down the shift key and select both the audio and video track and then Cntrl+G to "group" them. (You can also group them by selecting them both and using the right-click menu.)

But, as pfeiferp noted, if you set your default properly, they'll automatically stay together.
