Loop Points ignored in the final disc

I finished this project using DVD Architect 7 and for the menus, I wanted a short intro to play before the menu popped up. At first, I had the intro be an introduction media before the menu, but soon discovered loop points which greatly helped and made the transition seem smoother, making the background and introduction one complete video. Most of the menus have loop points, all the menus are set to loop. Buttons returning to those menus are set to return to those specific loop points also.

I made the Blu-ray and everything works fine, but the loop points are ignored. At first, I thought this was my fault and I forgot to set the buttons right, but the project had everything fine. So I'm not sure what's happening. Is this just a one-and-only chance? If I burn another, will the glitch repeat?

The project is 16 GB going into a 25 GB disc.

- Windows 10

- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070

Edit: Forgot to mention that the loop points work well in the preview which is why it's confusing it doesn't on the disc.

@TheFVguy Where are you setting the loop points?

Are you creating an iso image and then burning that? If so try playing the iso on your pc with VLC player, or any other player that will play the iso as if it were a disc, to see if it behaves.

Lastly do you have access to another, different model, Blu-ray player to try your disc on?
