If i add Mesh Warp - click animate, the keyframe window shows👍
but the grid controls are greyed out & there's no way of turning off the animate keyframes without having reload the Default preset,
It's the same in other Vegas fx, click animate & the keyframe window opens with no way of closing it. ?
@Gid The grid controls are greyed out if the keyframe window is open or if a control point has been moved.
If youi want the grid controls to be enabled you have to click the Reset Mesh button.
With other Vegas FXs, there's an animate icon that you can click to open and close the keyframe window.
I agree that there should be a way of closing the keyframe window. As you say, once it's open, you can't close it and therefore can't change the grid size by clicking the Reset Mesh button..
@Gid, @Jack S Regarding Mesh Warp, after selecting all the keyframes and pressing the Delete key on the keyboard, the keyframe window closed after confirmation about deleting all keyframes.
@Robert Johnston 👍 Not on my machine, Select all & delete removes all but one keyframe but i have found that select all keys press & hold the Delete key gives that confirmation msg, & then all keyframes are deleted & the keyframe window closes 👍
@Gid, @Robert Johnston Good finds. Not as convenient as a simple 'animate/de-animate' toggle button though.
@Jack S 👍 Yep it's not obvious, I'm not sure if @Robert Johnston meant when they wrote 'press' the delete key meaning press as in hold down, but either way it's a sort of solution 👍

@j-v I'm using VP20 now & there's no Animate button,🤷♂️
When i open VP19 it tells me there's an update, not knowing what that update is or what it will do I haven't done it, VP19 643 seems to work well & I didn't want to rock the boat when I upgraded to VP20.
& VP20 seems to be working OK at the mo... despite missing Animate options 🤷♂️😖🙃😂

VP19 643 had a really nasty bug in it that would cause your app to crash when decoding certain forms of HEVC media... it's very much worth upgrading to get rid of that.

I also experienced this missing <Animate> button(s) after update to Vegas 20.0 B326 (only a Build-update) for 'Video FX': 'Mesh Wrap', 'Color Curves' (there might be others too).
Work around: Copy/'Paste Event Attributes' from older events of older project-Build.
Hope, this will be fixed soon by the developer team.😄
