You can't - sorry. Upgrade from XP to W7 (relatively cheap now (Amazon) as W8 is around the corner) or try and claim a refund for your v12 purchase although I think you'll meet with no success with that one.

Perhaps you can download the 32-bit version of VMS 12 and it will install. Your serial number will work on that version. Give it a try.

The upgrade is relatively cheap, but the cost in work is dear. Upgrading from XP to 7 will require you to reinstall all your software. It's called a "custom" install, but it's really a "nuke your machine back to the stone age" install.

For that reason, I'm going to stop with VMS Platinum 11 until I build a new machine.
