I have been videotaping my grandson for the past year using my Android phone. When I import the files (which are mp.4 files) into a project in Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 9.0, I can only drag the media down to the voice portion of the timeline. It will not allow me to put the files in the video portion. Also, when I try to play back the files, there is no sound or video and there are no waves showing in the timeline. Only flat lines. The video clips play fine in quick time so I know they work. I would like to make a DVD of these clips. What needs to be done?
