My Account Page Is Gone!!!!!!!!!

Since the last 3 days or so, and until now, I am not able to access my account page .. I am not able to access my support .. I am not able to access my orders .. I am not able to access my software .. I am not able to chat with support ... AND I am not able submit a support ticket!!!!!!!

I can not find a single way to to contact Sony customer service or support, except here in this forum where they naturally will not read or even bother to reply!!!!

Is this happening only to me? or is the account page for all Sony customers is down since the last three days???

Many thanks John for providing that link for chat support which worked by the way :)

Everything did not work before, when I was logged in to my account!! I always was getting blank screen when I click on my support, my software, etc. And even clicking on the chat link directed me to blank screen!!

But thanks to you, John, I was able to chat with Emily B, and she was very helpful, and she manged to quickly restore my account after talking to the Web Support. :)

I have a dear friend who turns into kind of a monster behind a steering wheel. He actually wore out the horn switch in his steering wheel!

As far as the exclamation points goes, I've been kind of enjoying the excitement. ;-)

I used to complain about Sony Creative Software until I realized that if I try and learn what it is that I'm trying to accomplish and avoid wasting energy on villiifiying the software maker and trying to find other users to subscribe to my personal opinions.
The wealth of knowledge in this forum affords the benefit of doubt for Vegas Pro software..
Of all the learning I've done from other pros on this forum, I have never seen anyone proclaim that there is such a thing as a perfect NLE.. What I do come across is there is almost always a (work-around) for most issues when editing.
A musician must not blame his instrument if he hasn't been playing it and he doesn't like the way it sounds.
If not happy then try another software..
If you spend a significant amount of time solving your issues and less time pushing SCS over the cliff, you will perhaps place the blame in it's appropriate location and get some work done.

I say this with a friendly disposition.. No harm intended here.
