I just got the new Prodad Heroglyph. Looks really good so far. Pretty advanced titling but done in a very simple way with templates that are very easy to use. "Grazie proof" one might even say. It also does things like animating a route on a map pretty effortlessly. Finally it is 64 bit as well.

Woah, too "rich" for me! Remove $250bux would be nearer - IMHO.

Sure, it's got a simple to use front end, but personally there isn't much I'd be using in it for the clients I have? For what I've got and manipulate in Vegas I have plenty.

I guess the "creativity" is necessarily hardwired for those that need templates, and that's where the product scores. I enjoy the thrill and organic-ness of making tailored and client-centred outcomes for my product. But that's the way I am.

"Grazie-Proof" for the GUI, yes. Would I use them? Not so much . . . . .

Thanks for bringing it to my attention. Now, if SCS took a leaf outta Prodad's book on GUIs and applied it to PTT?

Toodles

Grazie

I had the old version, so it was a $150 update for me. Yeah, full price is pretty steep.

Yeah, full price is pretty steep.

For what it is? Most certainly. And BTW, did you also pay a similar upgrade to get to the version you have now? If so that's like 300bux in upgrades to this latest version which is retailing at $349.

Along with ease of use and the content I'd be purchasing, I always view a company's upgrade pricing policy, and THAT can also persuade me or not to literally "buy-in".

And that's the "other-side" of Grazie Proof!

Cheers

Well if you multiply the hour I wasted with ProType Titler by minimum wage, it wasn't that cheap either, and I still can't make heads or tails of it.

I thought I recall in v2, there were Template Packs.
I've just installed v4 and it looks like I have "Bonus Pack #1" & "Main Package".

Do you know if there are other Template Packs available for v4... besides the ones that install with it?
