The standard way is not currently in the program. However, based on the other answers in this forum, you CAN if you create a "MUSIC" DVD. Search this forum and the Vegas Video forum for a more complete answer.

I like the clean layout to this program but this seems like such a basic feature...hard to believe it was left out.

A work around may be to render all the clips as one large file in the order you want the clips to play. Add that file to a menu. If you want to play the individual clips add that same file to a menu again for each clip you want to play. Set in and out points that correspond to your clip beginning and end (for each clip). DVDA will only place the source file on the dvd once, but will use it for all the individual clips, also. Not as elegant or versatile as end action choices but an option.
