Many customers have expressed confusion and frustration over the rollout of VEGAS Pro 21 to our 365 subscribers. Just to be clear, all current VEGAS Pro 365 subscribers are able to download and use VEGAS Pro 21. For 365 subscribers, if you log into your account at magix.com or vegascreativesoftware.com, you will already see VEGAS Pro 21 listed in your products list and you can use the links provided to download this new version of VEGAS and the associated bundled features. 

Confusion occurred when we encountered a problem in the in-app messaging for 365 subscribers which resulted in news about the VEGAS Pro 21 release to be identical for all users, both subscribers and perpetual license customers. The source of the confusion was due to an upgrade in the messaging system in VEGAS Pro 20 which resulted in an error where all users were being reported as perpetual customers and the posted marketing material indicated that all users needed to pay for the upgrade.

VEGAS Pro 365 subscribers should have received an email in the last couple days notifying them of their free upgrade being available and any needed serial numbers. We are also reworking the messaging that will be posted in our newsfeed feature so that the upgrade options are clearer for both perpetual and subscriber users.
