NR 2.0c runtime error in Vegas 7 and SF 7

After installing NR 2.0c I get runtime errors and can't register/activate the product. NR shows up as demo version in both SF7 and Vegas 7. I don't have the disc with NR (it's download versions) but I want to revert to NR 2.0b but it is no longer on the Sony download site.

Anyone know where I can re-download version 2.0b since the downloadable version 2.0c doesn't work (tried everything and also read the articles at the knowledgebase)?

This is a bug i NR2.0c. I have reported this to Sony Media Software. You should make a support request to Madison so maybe Sony could solve this problem. (I think this problem is related to non-English versions of Windows XP.)

I do not know were you can download NR2.0b.

I posted the solution to this problem some time ago. Please search on my name and you should find the thread.

SONY has a downloadable Windows registry update to fix this problem.

Thank you both for your replies.

Followed the route suggested by Tom but got the reply that the maximum number of activations had been reached. Updated my support request to Sony with that information and hopefully they will provide me with the information and fix I need to register the product within the next couple of days.
