I'v made a nesting project for gaming timecode till 99 minutes.
Sure it can be extended to xyz minutes and be located anywhere in any time interval.
Steps:

1, generated solidwhite, timcode before Pan/Crop; format=time, middle/2.000
2, temporary background; add ->Pan/Crop Mask

3, solidwhite go black; copy track, new mask for short timecode
4, generated Text "6"; carefully/precisely ->font(Bold)/size/scale/position/backgroundblack

5, copy to new and change -> "7", "8", "9"
6, mute or remove temporary background track, mute langcode you get the short one
7, go nesting, flexible and editable
