OT:Burmese, Karen captioning

Have a video I need to have captioned in Burmese,, have the Translation and v/o, anyone have any ideas on a company that can
handle this,, we use automatic synch for english and spanish,, they won't do Karen and I have no clue of the language to maunually try and do it

I also use automatic synch. I would suggest the help of an interrupter on that.
It was very helpful when I was doing a edit for a Japaneses client to have an interrupter sit in on the final edit.
If your project is not too long, you could with the help of the interrupter get the CC done manually.

Also, maybe there are some Google translate tools you could use as well.
