plug-in Stabilization has disappeared

Luisa-Pedretti wrote on 11/19/2024, 9:44 AM

After the latest upgrading, my Vegas 22 Pro has crashed and I have installed it again. After that, I have noticed that the plug in Stabilization has disappeared from the Video Fx list. Please, would anybody explain me how I can fix the problem and retrieve it? To me it is a fundamental tool. Thank you

If you mean the FX Video Stabilization, with me in Vegas 22 it is almost the latest in the FX list, look

Thank you, but this was the situation before the programme crashed. Since the new installation, between "unsharp mask" and "vignette" no Video stabilization plug-in is present any longer . And I don't know how to retrieve it

Hi,

@Luisa-Pedretti  Recently, when I went to evaluate Vegas Pro 22 (trial), I installed it on a machine that did not have a (viable) video card. My goal was to evaluate the "stabilize" and "slowmotion" functions! Neither of them were present!. Looking for a solution, I found one that fit the situation of this machine (Windows 10/64 purchased 7 years ago). I had uninstalled the AMD Radeon video card, because it had bugs! Consequently, these plugins were not loaded. Don't forget to post if you found a solution or not to help someone!

Thanks!

Hi @Betovalle. Do you think the technical features of my pc and video card could be the problem?

In the pics there are all the details.

Thank you

Hi @Luisa-Pedretti

I installed Vegas Pro (trial) on a machine with a "RAM memory" capacity above the recommended one as shown in the image below and it solved my problem! It is very likely that your problem is also related to this memory issue rather than the video card! Especially when it involves crashes!

Thanks!
