My packaged version of Suite 10 included a separate card with the necessary NBFX Serial Number at the time. I would guess it's the same with MSPSuite 12? If not and/or you did not get it in an order confirmation e-mail or receipt, contact Sony Customer Support.
You will need to contact customer support. Also be aware that the first serial number sent did not work and they had to contact NB for a working serial number. They got it fixed in about 2 days for me.
