What is the difference between rendering to the "Default" template or to "VCD NTSC" except for the length of the resulting file. A 1 hr movie rendered to the default template yields a 845MB file, too long for a CD-ROM, if tendered to VCD NTSC the file is 623 MB, just right for a CD-ROM. Both files play fine on Windows Media Player.
