Saving a vegas file for e-mail attachment

Can anyone please tell me how to render a Vegas 10 project in a form that will make it suitable to send as an e-mail attachment to someone who has not got the Vegas program?

Most email systems are limited to 5 or 10MB attachments. That's not much video at all, probably just a few seconds. You'd be better off with something like a dropbox account.

Do you want to produce a high quality file that shows all the resolution and detail, or just a "preview" snippet so they get the gist of what's going on?

you really should do it like Chienworks and musicvid advise.
Even though VMSP 10 gives you the option to "E-mail it" (with render options) in Make Movie > Select destination, this impractical suggestion was not included in the v11 any more.
