I wanted to say "thank you" to someone I was chatting with online (Eric Support Manager), but lost them when I walked away. I was having trouble reinstalling Vegas 20, and he very patiently walked me through the problem with the previous version of Vegas not being uninstalled properly. The last message I received was to try the Microsoft utility to correct a program not being fully uninstalled, and that did the trick. Thank you so much, and I sincerely appreciate your help!
