It's a blue block gif that I've animated in Movie Studio 13, it's just the first half-second or so https://drive.google.com/open?id=1HxDYaagks71aFUXMfk8msV4ArPzePCVO

It half works, I can't work out how to make it stay the same all the way through? The border changes to yellow on one of them and changes size, then just goes weird on all of them. https://gaming.youtube.com/watch?v=SZOWo7euZxI&feature=share

Then you've got key frames unlocked. There's a padlock to keep them from auto-generating in your FX pane
