Trying to Open Sound Forge in VP 17 as Preferred Audio Editor

Trying to Open Sound Forge pro 11 in VP 17 as Preferred Audio Editor. I am being told I need "Registration of SFP 11 requires elevated privileges"? Do not know what that means? Can anyone help me please?

Is it possible to run Vegas Pro 17 as administrator without have to give VP!& Administrative permission every time you open it
