Upgrading to Platinum 11

I am looking for a cheaper alternative to the new 2012 Move Studio platinum and have come across this from PC World: http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/sony-vegas-movie-studio-hd-platinum-11-11041749-pdt.html

I am not entitled to this upgrade in My Account, but would it work if I bought this upgrade disk, or would I have to buy the full CD here:

Daniel,
judging by the linked product pages, they're different versions. The first one (cheaper) is VMStudio HD Platinum 11, the second one is Platinum Production Suite 11. The latter includes extras, e.g. Sound Forge Audio Studio 10. I should think both are full versions.

Oh, because in the product info, it says "Windows® XP or Vista upgrade"
