If you downloaded the upgrades and are having trouble installing you must get a serial number from Tech Support. They had to get a special serial number from NewBlue for me. Just FYI. You will find them under your "software" in account.

If you bought the download and you had the production suite you get all of the goodies from NewBlue and the magic bullet looks. I've asked for the location to music as there is no link in my software page.

BTW only took a day, I think that's pretty good support from Sony.
