How can i set Vibrance in VEGAS. It is available in Adobe Photoshop. Vibrance & Saturation Both increase colors. the difference is. Saturation can increase decrease color in overall footage vibrance can increase / decrease color in dull places in footages.

This is a special case of using an effect that is simply made by a "magic button" in the program you specified.
NewBlueFX ColorFast 2 offers Saturation lift and reduction on its secondary Shadow, Mids and High settings along with other controls. My cncern is that I don't think that ColorFast 2 is perfectly compatible with video events on Vegas Pro's timeline where the CGP has also been used - even at track level.
Mess around with the HSL curves in the color grading panel, you can do a lot of fine tune saturation adjustments in there that can mimic and even exceed what you can do with vibrance.
