Why Does My Video Look All Glitchy?

Hello! I'm using Vegas Pro 23 on a Windows desktop. I am new to Vegas Pro. Anyway, I filmed a video and put it into Vegas Pro. However, the preview is incredibly glitchy. I've tried improving the resolution, I've tried changing the pixel aspect ratio, I've tried changing the preview quality, I've tried turning the acceleration of GPU on and off, etc. Nothing has worked. I even checked my footage in both my camera and as a file on the computer. It looks perfectly fine in both places. Why is it getting messed up in Vegas Pro?

Plus a screen shot of your "glitchy" preview would help. Also what is your Preview quality setting?

Can you share your GPU model, media info for your media and as Eric says a screenshot of what the glitch looks like?
