Editing 3D MVC clips

Anybody had any luck with importing MVC encoded clips from any of the three new 3D camcorders ? Sony HDR-TD10 , Bloggie 3D or JVC GS-TD1 ? I got clips from the JVC recorded in both the side by side half 17Mbps format and the MVC ( left+difference) full 1080i 3D 34Mbps clips, and just comparing the 2D left only view from the MP4/MVC clips the quality is far superior to the half one, so I am really looking forward to get editing the MVC footage, but the trouble I am finding is I can’t change the stereoscopic properties of the clip to anything that would recognise it as a 3d clip, none of the side by side full etc seem to work, and there’s no MVC setting there either ? The “What’s new” section of help says something about a “Sony AVC/MVC plugin” but I’ve got no idea where to get it from, if it’s needed for this task, or maybe it is ony for the two Sony 3D cameras ?
Any ideas, or if you have been successful in editing MVC clips already please say how.

In Import Media dialog's Files of type dropdown list you can find that MVC supported only in *.m2ts and *mts. I try to open MVC encoded *.m2ts from different BD3Ds but it can't read them. I try encode my project as MVC for try to reopen then, but Vegas can't render MVC to *.m2ts. Full deep ass in 3D again.

A user on the AVS forums has said that he was only successful in editing the new JVC 3D footage after demuxing the audio, recompressing it as AC3, and then remuxing it. I hope that helps.
