Has any editors been using Sony Vegas on Mac for two years or more? If so, how has your experience been? Apple is coming out with the new Mac Book Pro. I am looking forward to upgrade to a notebook and tower.
@GARoss: No, I do not run the Mac OS - only Windows 7 Ultimate - on the Mac Pro.
The drivers can be downloaded from ATI etc.
The only thing that I can dual-boot to is to the XP that was running before Windows 7.
But as Windows 7 has proved to be at least as rock stable as the good old XP, I have not booted into XP for 4-5 months now, and will remove that possibility when I change the system drive to a flash-drive.
I also have a Mac Mini (as a network media player under the Plasma TV) - but there I could not install Windows 7 - neither directly nor using Bootcamp.
After some Googling I had to install the full Mac OS - and through that I then could install Windows 7.
Windows also dynamically adjusts the allocated space for System Restore Points based on the availability of said disk space beforehand. If the space is constrained, it will automatically curb its usage of the disk space to make more available to the user for his/her other needs.
