How to generate Title and add object in VR180 3D videos from Vuze XR?

I am currently analysing how to do Post production of VR content from my Vuze XR video.

My camera has raw content but it cannot be use directly in Vegas pro 18.( it is not equirectangular format).

So i use vuze XR studio to render 5760 x2880 VR180 3D 30fps. The Vuze XR studio does a good job and it is very fast using Nvidia card and can stabilize the video very fast during rendering.

I can import the rendered video and photos into vegas pro 18 with the project 5760 x2880 30 fps.

The video is recognized and i can edit it without any issues.

I can render as MAGIX HEVC/AAC MP4 and the content can be play perfectly in DEO VR (the best viewer VR).

But I cannot add any title in VR180 3D directly with Vegas Pro 18.

There are no feature (like in adobe premiere pro) to apply an effect on title or object (plan to sphere) VR 180 to display the object on two sides with control of the parallax (3d effect).

So Vegas pro 18 is useless because i cannot add professional title on the left and right in the video or overlay title in 3D VR180. I haven't seen any feature to indicate the video is EquiRectangular Left Right.
There is only a checkbox for 360 and possibility to select side by side, but my video is already equirectangular and side by side will try to create 4 views ( double the side by side). It does not work. I will explore existing plug ins like Boris FX.

After many research, I finally found a way to do it with vegas pro 18, but i had to install the boris FX continium VR plug in. with it i can configure it to match the Left right 180 VR and the text appears in both left and right side. so the workflow is:

1-Use the Vuze XR studio to convert the raw material to equirectangular format with stabilization ( stabilization is much faster and better than using stabilization in vegas itself.).

2-Use the 5760x2880 No stereoscopic ( using left right will duplicate the two sides, don't do that)

3-at this time you can cut and arrange and render as Magix HEVC/AAC MP4

4-To add other title or object, create a new layer with a logo or add a title from the library. Keep the object center, don't try to move it directly, we will positionate with Boris FX

5-On the video itself you can use BCC VR Reorient, and BCC VR Flicker Fixer, BCC VR Sharpen to set correctly your main video.

with BCC VR Reorient. I enabled Reorientation then use the tilt setting on each axis, pick the right Source. select

Input format: stereo left-right
Input Horizontal FOV: 180 degrees
Output format: Stereo Left-right

6-add an FX effects BCC VR Insert on the Title or logo layer.
Then use the Insert Latitude and Longitude and Insert distance and Orientation to position the object in the vr media and set the Source correctly like before:

Input format: stereo left-right
Input Horizontal FOV: 180 degrees
Output format: Stereo Left-right

I will continue to explore more the Vuze XR camera 180 3D and 360 2D and Vegas pro 18 and continium VR in the next days. I will try positionate logo on the left and right and add explore all the possibilities. If people have more information, please leave a comment.

I have used the Boris VR unit for this as well while editing Vuze and Vuze+ 360 camera videos, but don't have it installed on my current computer.

With a little experimenting I learned you can use the Vegas Scene Rotation feature to move Vegas Titles & Text around, but it disables the titles' alpha layer---turning the background black---so the underlying video is hidden. To resolve this I add a Chroma Keyer FX to mask away the title's black background.

You can also use the Stereoscopic Adjust FX to move your titles in the third dimension for VR180 and VR360 videos, BTW.
