Move source media files to new location

I have a new hard drive and want to copy some projects from the old drive to the new. I can copy the media files easily enough with Explorer. I save the Vegas project file to the new drive but it uses the media files at the old location. I know how to tell Vegas to use the files at the new location, but only one file at a time. Is there a way to switch all of them at once?

Thanks,

David

When you do a "save as", click the box that says to copy media.

Rename the directory where the original files were found (or delete the original files, if you're brave enough). The next time you open the project it won't be able to find the files and it will prompt you for a new location. Once you've specified the new path of the first file it will be smart enough to look there for the rest.
