V19 Crashes on start up = Fault C:\WINDOWS\System32\KERNELBASE.dll

Hi, I've just upgraded to V19 from V17 and although it fires up it goes straight into 'Problem Report' The Problem description comes up with the info below. There seems a lot of stuff on the web about this but wanted to check here first before heading down a rabbit hole. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Andy,

I actually do set it for 'best full' for grading, but compared to viewing the same footage on Devinci and Ad Prem, it looks a tad low grade. Similar to watching images on VLC, which I also think looks low grade, as opposed to Win player. Could be my worn out old eye though!

Okay I think I've solved this again! It's my bloody Intel UHD 630 graphics card! After a lot of messing about trying to upgrade the driver which involved a lot of..

'The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the manufacturer.'

I eventually found a work around by downloading the intel driver, putting it in a separate folder in My Docs. You then got to update driver from device manager click browses my computer, then 'Let me pick...' which takes you to select device driver you want to install, then click 'Have disk' and point it at the new folder.

For some reason going via the simple browser drivers locations it doesn't load??
