HI, habe ein upgrade von Vegas 21 auf 22 gemacht und nun kann ich meine 4k 10bit 4:2:2 MOV nicht mehr öffnen.. bzw es kommen nur audio spuren... bei meinem Vegas 21 funktioniert aber alles !
kann mir jemand helfen ? habe Windows 11 pro

habe gerade auf meinem laptop mit windows 11 home das Vegas 22 installiert und dort funktioniert alles
auf meinem pc mit Windows 11 pro jetzt schon 2 mal vegas 22 deinstalliert und neu installiert aber nach wie vor spielt es nur audio ab..
auf dem windows 11 pro PC funktionieren die MOV in Vegas 21 problemlos ...
Ok, das ist ja seltsam. Auf den ersten Blick sieht alles 'normal' aus.
Du könntest testweise auf dem PC mal "Aktivierung der älteren AVC-Decodierung" einschalten.
Ist auf dem PC irgendein Drittanbieter-Codec-Pack, was da 'hineinpfuschen' könnte installiert oder so?
älteren AVC-Decodierung anschalten hat nichts gebracht und eigentlich ist auch kein spezielles codec pack drauf , Windows wurde erst vor 2 tagen aufgesetzt und in Vegas 21 funktionieren ja seltsamerweise auch alle videos
Vielleicht hat noch jemand anderes eine Idee, woran das liegen könnte. Mir fällt da momentan nichts weiter dazu ein.
'Spassenshalber' kannst Du ja Vegas mal zurücksetzen mit Shift + Strg + Doppelklick auf das Vegas-Desktop-Icon.
nach dem zurücksetzen werden im vegas explorer die MOV nun garnicht mehr angezeigt..

nein, wenn ich die video datei reinziehe wird nur audio erstellt und ich höre den sound

This appears to have a quicktime wrapper. You should try activating the Quicktime plugin via the preferences dialog (in the Deprecated Features section).

und ich habe herausgefunden :
Hardware decoder bei Vegas 21 auf 5080 rtx funktioniert
aber nur wenn quicktime DEAKTIVERT ist ! bei aktiviertem quicktime kommt auch nur Sound !
Hardware decoder bei Vegas 22 auf 5080 rtx funktioniert nicht ! kein Bild nur sound egal ob quicktime an oder aus
schalte ich bei Vegas 22 allerdings Hardware decoder auf AUS oder auf die IGPU des 9950x3d funktioniert das video !
nur bei Vegas 22 funktioniert die 5080 RTX nicht als Hardware decoder !
Add: auf meinem Laptop funktioniert auch Vegas 22 mit Hardware decoder auf einer Nvidia 2080 rtx
und es funktioniert mit und ohne quicktime aktiv !
ich denke umfangreicher kann man dieses seltsame Problem nicht beschreiben und warte nun bis der support sich in 2-4 Tagen meldet
