Vegas 8c Rendering problem!!

Hi guys,
I've never had this happen before.
I'm trying to render a video for my nieces wedding rehearsal night, this Friday.
I've tried 3 times now and every time Vegas seems to stop rendering around 49% to 51%. It still looks like Vegas is working but I don't see any Frames going by under the preview window and the scenes are not changing in the preview window. It's a 32 minute video and it's taken 3 hours now for it to go to 49%.

Using Vegas 8, version C
Shot in HDV, edited in HDV and outputting to DVD and Blu Ray.
Intel quad 4 computer

I would back off the OC and try again. I had mine cranked to about 3.1 a while back... ran mem test for a few hours and it SEEMED to be fine.... Some one said I should let it run for longer so I decided to run mem test for a whole day and a few errors came up.

But when I backed off my OC and ran mem test again (for almost 2 days) I got no errors. After a lot of screwing around I found that I couldn't run much more than 2.9 without producing errors.
