Vegas Download very slow

Hello,

my internet connection can download files up to 11Mb/s speed. I tried reinstalling Vegas Pro 19 since it didn't start anymore for some reason. Now the Vegas download Manager i got from logging in into my Magix account downloads with 88kb/s speed..constantly going slower, it started with 10mb/s and rapidly going down to this. Now it paused itself. Are the servers overloaded at the moment or why is the download so slow?

Sidenotes:
Restarted the download manager as administrator after it was constantly stuck at 0% and paused
System: Windows 10 Pro
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 
RAM: 32,0 GB
Graphics Card: NVIDIA Gforce RTX 3060 Ti

I couldn't start Vegas anymore and unfortunately realized too late that there's an emergency-patch online already. But since I already uninstalled the software there was nothing to patch anymore and I tried to download Vegas again, too. But their launcher does not work either. It seems like many are facing the same problem right now and I just hope they'll figure it out in no time, since a lot of us need this tool for work. It's definitely not your set-up, nor your internet connection. It's their server which doesn't work properly at the moment.
