Yes, that is what I expected and is what happen with the NewBlue Titler Pro and proDad Mercalli, but the BCC units don't show up anywhere that I can find in Vegas. I did get a serial number for BCC with the confirmation email.

this does seem to be the same problem. I have a folder for BCC 10 in my prgram fils directory but it is just not showing up in Vegas. It seems to be some sort of error. I am running Win 10 Pro.

Try to delete the folder C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\VEGAS Pro\14.0
restart VP14

Quitter, thanks for commenting on my topic, I will use this thread since there is more activity.

I deleted the 14.0 directory (before backing up) as you suggested.  The directory re-populated but not the BCC plug-ins.

hmm..
I have downloaded the trial of BCC 10
There are folders in:

  • C:\Program Files\Boris FX, Inc
  • C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Plugins

Plugin Path is:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Plugins\BCC10_OFX.ofx.bundle\Contents\Win64\BCC10_OFX.ofx

and it works fine in Vegas.

After you delete the 14.0 folder, contains the new folder the txt files of boris fx?

OK I figured it out. My computer has a smallish SSD for the OS system drive (C:) and then a larger drive (D:) where I install my other software. As usual I had installed all the Vegas and related software on the D: drive. The BCC files were there in the D:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Plugins directory. I copied them to the C: drive at C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Plugins and now everything shows up. I tried to find out where to redirect Vegas to look on the D: drive but could not find anything so I just copied the files to where Vegas was looking.

Yup.. That's it, My Vegas app is on my E:\ drive the Boris files were on the E:\ drive and once I copied them to the C:\ drive the Plugins appeared in MVP14.  Thanks for the solution 😊
