  I can not find the original file, but I have the rendered one and its horrible. I am going to try new settings in my GoPro 5 and re-shoot. Here is the rendered file. I don't understand bit-rates.

  Ruby, try the AV1 template and hit the customise button and then change the bit rate to 50 ave and 100 max. If this still shows blocking there is definitely something wrong. Its better, a lot better but the leaves still look messed up, I just

  The original video is poor as if it was encoded with a low bitrate. It's not just the road that is bad. Look at the grass areas. But media info shows the original bitrate as 45 Mb/s which is more than adequate for good quality 1080. Likewise the
