  Yes ntdll.dll is a core windows file used by many applications. The exception code 0xc0000005 means STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION, which usually means there's a value XYZ that something is trying to read, except XYZ is actually 000, which means "no value

  I have the same issue. soundforge/vegas pro no longer works all fail with the same ntdll.dll error @sharath-naik Most of the previous people were due to problems specific to the French version. Your issue is different from theirs. For 0xC0000005
