  lots of files with effects on them @sundaysi Do you mean you've used a lot of Audio Event FX? Excessive Audio Event FX can indeed cause latency issues. It's better for you to use Track FX instead, which will significantly reduce latency problems.

  I think that the unquantized frames would only be an issue with a cut between 2 video events as the unquantized frame tends to render as a single black frame (as I discovered about a decade ago) but shouldn't make any difference with video dissolves
